Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · Reframe is operated by Jinolo Pty Ltd

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Jinolo Pty Ltd via the website located at www.reframe3d.com (and its subdomains).

1. What is “personal information”?

(a) The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) currently defines “personal information” as meaning information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable: (i) whether the information or opinion is true or not; and (ii) whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

(b) If the information does not disclose your identity or enable your identity to be ascertained, it will in most cases not be classified as “personal information” and will not be subject to this privacy policy.

2. What information do we collect?

(a) The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The marketing website at www.reframe3d.com does not ask you to enter personal information.

(b) If you contact us by email, we will hold the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address and the content of your enquiry.

(c) When you register for a Reframe account (at app.reframe3d.com) or purchase a subscription, we collect the information needed to create and bill your account, such as your name, email address, company name and password. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored by us.

3. How we collect your personal information

(a) We collect personal information from you only when you input it, for example by emailing us or by registering for a Reframe account.

(b) We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on the website, and we do not use cookies to identify or track you. See section 4 for the cookies that may be present.

4. Cookies

(a) The website does not set any cookies of its own and does not load third-party scripts that set cookies. Fonts and other assets are served from our own domain rather than from third-party servers.

(b) Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies (for example, to protect the website from automated abuse). These cookies are required for the website to operate securely, do not identify you personally and are not used for tracking or advertising. Because the website uses only strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent banner is shown.

(c) If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are set, where the law requires it.

5. Purpose of collection

(a) We collect personal information in order to provide you with the Reframe service, to manage and bill your account, to respond to your enquiries and to tell you about product updates.

(b) We disclose personal information only to the service providers who help us operate the website and the Reframe service, such as our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our payment provider (Stripe) and our email provider, and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Your personal information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties.

(c) We will only send you marketing material, such as product updates, if we collected your details directly from you and it is material of a type you would reasonably expect to receive from us. Every marketing email we send will include a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting us at the address below. We do not use sensitive personal information in direct marketing activity.

6. Storage and retention

(a) We keep your personal information for as long as you hold a Reframe account and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. Access and correction

Australian Privacy Principle 12 permits you to obtain access to the personal information we hold about you in certain circumstances, and Australian Privacy Principle 13 allows you to correct inaccurate personal information subject to certain exceptions. If you would like to obtain such access, or to have your information corrected or deleted, please contact us as set out below.

8. Complaint procedure

If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your personal information, please contact us as set out below. All complaints will be considered by Sophia Kurianski and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

9. Overseas transfer

Your personal information may be transferred to recipients located in The United States of America, including our hosting and database provider. The United States of America has data protection laws which protect personal information in a way which is at least substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles, and there will be mechanisms available to you to enforce protection of your personal information under that overseas law. In the circumstances, we do not require the overseas recipients to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles if your personal information is mishandled.

10. GDPR

In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply. Regardless of where you are located, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

11. How to contact us about privacy

If you have any queries, or if you seek access to your personal information, or if you have a complaint about our privacy practices, you can contact us through: hello@reframe3d.com.
